We are a Professional Meeting and Conference Planning business, established in 1988 in Southern California as a small, woman-owned business. RDL relocated to downtown Sacramento in 1991 after contracting with the State Office of AIDS. RDL enterprises’ staff of six has planned meetings and conferences for private and public agencies throughout California, across North America and Puerto Rico. RDL enterprises’ expertise is in planning meetings, seminars and conferences from the initial conceptual stages to the completed event.
RDL enterprises specializes in working with agencies and organizations in health, education, and related fields. RDL provides meeting planning services for several state and local government agencies and contracts with non-profit organizations statewide. In addition, RDL works national associations to assist in the planning of annual meetings and conferences, as well as offering membership support services to clients, as needed.
Our role as a meeting planner includes budget development, site selection, contract negotiation, participation in planning meetings, food and beverage arrangements, meeting room arrangements, sponsor arrangements (including collection of monies) and organization of poster boards and exhibit areas. Additional services include attendee/member pre-registration, on-site registration of participants, management of the event on-site, and the review and audit of invoices.
RDL enterprises works closely with each client, maintains open communication, listens to the client’s needs, and assures that the resulting conference reflects their agenda. RDL provides planning expertise and the ability to work cooperatively, economically, and productively to produce an organized, well-run, and highly successful meeting or conference.
